Mr. Chaim Katzman, Founder and Chairman of the Board of Gazit Globe

Mr. Chaim Katzman is the founder, controlling shareholder and chairman of  the board of Gazit Globe (TASE: GLOB, NYSE: GZT). Mr. Katzman also serves as the chairman of Norstar (previously Gazit Inc.), the parent company of Gazit Globe. Since 1998 and 1991, he has served as the chairman of Gazit Globe and Norstar respectively. Mr. Katzman is the founder of the Gazit-Globe Real Estate Institute at IDC Herzliya.


Mr. Dori Segal, Executive Vice Chairman of the Board of Gazit Globe

Mr. Dori Segal is the executive vice chairman of the board of Gazit Globe. Mr. Segal joined Gazit Globe in 1993 as both an investor and a senior member of its management team. Mr. Segal has played a decisive role in the company’s growth in North America, Europe, Israel and Brazil. Since 1997, Mr. Segal has been active in the fields of acquisition, development and management of the company’s shopping centers in Canada.


Mr. Roni Soffer, President of Gazit Globe

Mr. Roni Soffer has served as the president of Gazit Globe since 2009. He has held a number of senior management positions since joining the company in 1997. During his time at Gazit Globe, Mr. Soffer has developed expertise in the fields of medical and retail real estate in both the private and public sector and was involved in mergers and acquisitions and the international development of the company.
